Haste would seem kinda wasted on them at first glance BUT a 1 drop T1, this and another hasty 1-drop goblin T2 and you can really wreck an opponent.
Kinda similar to Mogg Conscripts

Jackal Familiar is just this without haste. (Then again, Orcish Conscripts is just Jackal Familiar but bad.)

You are quite right. I originally had it only unable to attack alone which I think I'll revert it to.
Play T1 as a strong blocker or play T2 as a "surprise" attacker along with our T1 drop (best case scenario drop 1 on T1 & 2 on T2- BEATS)
