Narrooow. Eyeing through the set, I see only Frozen Pandemic and Bone Chilling that this would work against so it would already be better if it just said "hexproof from black". That being said, it would still suck IMO. I could see this being a {0} with equip for {1}. {s} restriction with equip definitely doesn't seem necessary.

Hexproof from nonsnow, so it does nothing against Frozen Pandemic or Bone Chilling, but protects against Radiant Glare, Kulku's Butchery, (((Kulku the Carver))), and Burning Kiss, as well as most other Magic cards that target creatures.
