Somewhat overcosted by most measures IMO, but yeah - people will still be picking it in limited.

I didn't want another Rebuke but with a different name. I figured the easiest way to differentiate was to up destroy to exile (which wouldn't trigger set-up for or trigger opponents' morbids), but guessed exiling would be at least one mana more. I mean, I'd be fine with this being {3}{w} if that seems more reasonable.
