Needs to say where it can be activated from. Otherwise by default it's from the battlefield, which doesn't achieve very much. (Unlike the superficially similar Proving Ground.)

(The implied alternative, "from anywhere", is fun but probably somewhat broken. It's Cheatyface 2.0.)
