I think this one has to be -un, although I like how simple the rules (potentially) end up.

Needs an ability that actually allows you to pay the costs.

Though in reality you just eventually would cast a free sacrifice outlet.

Yeah needs a rider. Something along the lines of "If this would leave play while you've got mana debt, you lose the game"

It still combos with phasing though.
