Probably better if this was just "As long as you control an Equipment or Vehicle, ~ has First strike." Seems needlessly complex for a common.

Removed attacking clause from ability. Card can now have first strike on offense and defense.

I'm trying to set up RW as a vehicles/equipment based aggro deck. Hence the change to make this card more narrow.

Redesigned as part of mechanic distribution overhaul. Was a 2W 3/1 with "As long as you control an equipment or vehicle, ~ has first strike"
