I was looking for a polymorph version of Alex's "add two effects of one colour, get an effect of another colour". It's tricky, because normally the type-hate colour and the type-search colour are different: black searches for anything and destroys anything apart from enchantments, green searches for creatures and destroys anything except creatures, blue searches for most things but doesn't destroy anything much. Red destroys lands and artifacts and doesn't search for anything. But white destroys artifacts and enchantments and searches for enchantments.
It's still not quite right -- it ought to require the controller searches for a replacement, but the template on that is ugly.
And the cost isn't quite right -- destroying an enchantment is W, but searching into play costs more, hence the X-cost compromise.
Green can do lands: Reap and Sow. But green also appears to be the Polymorph-a-land colour: Crop Rotation. Ah well.
I would say "X or less" here, since the times when your search target has an exact CMC match with a problem enchantment are rare enough that as-is, this is almost never worth entwining.
SM: You're right, thanks. Although now it's too wordy (and it still doesn't say "shuffle your library").
