Interesting. It's a variation on Anger that you don't have to get into your graveyard.
Just thinking of how this would play out in practice, I think it would be better as an activated ability.
"Haste
Other creatures you control have haste.
Reveal ~ from your hand: Creatures you control gain haste until end of turn. Activate this ability only if you control two or more mountains."
That would be fine for the Anger variant. But it wouldn't be as wise for the Valor variant. You don't want people trying to remember if their opponent revealed Valor during this game, or the last one.
