This was something I envisioned for a set. The idea is that Ravan was an hypocrite that likes to set up rules that hinders others but he ignores when they don't benefit him. To capture this flavor, I came upon the idea of negating effects of emblems. Eventually, it became like while I tried to figure out an emblem you could benefit from "turning on and off".
