Red Dark Confidant. In case the wording isn't clear, here's how it works:
Step 1. Reveal top card of library.
Step 2. Choose whether to exile it or put it into your hand.
Step 3. If you put it into your hand, casting a spell that doesn't share a name with that card this turn makes this deal 5 damage to you.
Interesting. I don't think it should be optional, though, and it should probably exile the card rather than put it into your hand.
Noted. Now a slightly different version that functions as a reverse-DC (makes you take damage off of the cards that you're playing that you didn't exile.)

Oho, interesting. So casting the free card it gives you doesn't hurt, but casting anything else from hand does. Nice.
