This is quite bad. Worse than Hysterical Blindness, which is hardly playable. This can even potentially backfire since it affects your artifact creatures as well.

And it's too expensive to hold back mana for; really. Can it be a lot cheaper? Would this be interesting at {u}{1}? Possibly not, it's still very specialised.
