A card that basically includes the whole ability of Master of the Wild Hunt cannot be less than rare, so... why not just embrace the similarity and allow for some power-related synergies with Varanid Frenzy Caller etc.

Otherwise you might as well sacrifice a number of tokens equal to the attacked creature's power and be done with it.

p.s.: I always thought I would put raptors one size class higher.

Yeah, it should clearly be "damage equal power". I thought the abbreviated version might be simpler but it wasn't really.

I would usually make larger raptors, but anything apart from 1/1 was too fiddly.
