Changed it slightly, now you can play it during your opponent's end phase and its effects last until the start of your end phase.

I wanted it to "turn on" your Islandwalk and Islandhome creatures, but it can also work as a mana fixer - say you only have 2 Islands but 4 of another land type, play this during opponent's end phase targeting yourself and for your turn you have access to up to 6 blue mana - heh cheats
