I'd phrase the last ability as: " {t} : ~ deals 3 damage to target creature. Activate this ability only if you control five or more Mountains." Compare with the Oracle wording of Keldon Megaliths.

See also my comments on blank lines on Ridian Shore. Your cards will be more readable if you remove the blank lines, because that lets the text be larger.
