A buddy came up with this and wants some help on what it should be costed.

Ooh. Mmm. Tricky. It's basically Braingeyser/Mind Spring, but sortof "borrowing" the cards from the future. It looks like you'd hope to get a discount on Mind Spring with this. But you can't really get much discount, because frontloading the benefits means you ought to be able to win with those cards before you have to discard many of them.

I think {x}{u}{b} (or {x}{u}{r}, interestingly, because it's like you're getting X loots, with the "discard" half of the loots delayed) seems like the right cost. I think this has to be rare: too powerful for uncommon, not splashy enough for mythic.
