Functional REPRINT: Joraga Invocation.

buff: now untaps your creatures as well
Now you can tap your Green-Elf Wanderers for mana and also smash face. I also like the flavor resonance of awakening your sleeping creatures (Veil of Sleep) with the 'Sound of Horns'.
