Commands in general work better with four options - in this case e. g. splitting the direct damage option in two (separate dealing damage to creature or player). Obviously that's a quick and dirty fix that doesn't take into account other design aspects (color focus etc.)

Have you considered Dargiaaz's Confluence instead? Maybe for five mana? (Compare: Fiery Confluence)
