This is likely too efficient, even for a mythic legend.

It is also fairly uninteresting as far as legendary/mythic design goes. The Akroma-way is a pretty lazy path and works only to a certain degree. Without pushed efficiency and an abundance of piled-up keywords this is... Mob Justice.

It's also unexpected to see straight life loss here rather than life drain.
