I wasn't sure where to put the entwine cost on this one :) I like the idea of off-colour-kicker plus mana production, you could have lots of peculiar spells on that idea in R or G.

You could do something similar with blue, have a if-you-control-a-plains bonus on a spell, and a change-land-to-target-type effect.
