I don't know about the exact combination. It's natural for the cost, but annoying you can't use both abilities together.

And the second ability, I feel like it would be more flavourful if it was "non-land", right now, that's maybe it's main use.

But I love the feel of it, refilling your hand with fiddly little cards.

I think "T: Scry 1" needs to cost in the activation as well, doesn't it? Going by Darksteel Pendant.

Jack, my original thought was to make it something secretly intended to draw lands so that you didn't end up with dead draws later in the game. I was seeking an artifact version of Scrying Sheets. Then I decided I might as well make it a tiny bit more flexible.
