As currently worded, this will trigger if this creature died in this turn's combat. It'll also trigger if this creature died several turns ago, or was discarded or milled.

Is that intuitive?

Really? Makes sense to me.

Seems good to me.

I'm taking Overthrow out of the set, but I might keep one or two cards like this one around, without the keyword.
