This will be one of the stranger colour pairs for flavour, with red being the Black Knights' primary colour and white being a Britannian colour, but that's okay. R/W is traditionally an aggressive weenie-rush pair and that should work fine. I'm thinking W and R could both lend themselves to a handful of token-generating cards, mostly at uncommon but one or two at common (I like Material Gambit). They could both have +X/+0 spells/effects such as Rally the Peasants (to be fair, any colour but blue can get those), and virtual vanillas with ETB triggers replacing spell slots to get them lots of small bodies on the table.
One of the ten colour-pair archetypes.

Cards that are particularly good in this archetype:
Common:
Token-makers: Material Gambit, People's Champion
Team pumps: Inspired Charge, Inspiring Captain
Other go-wide rewards: Blustering Coward
Misc: Geass to Betray
Incendiary Preacher is currently inactive but would be great too.
Plus most other one- and two-drops. Plus whatever cheap combat tricks end up in these colours like Geass to Withstand.
Uncommon:
Token-makers: Incite the Rabble
Team pumps: Urban Guerrilla, Sergeant Exemplar
Other go-wide rewards: Gung-Ho Strategist, Outnumber
Rare: The Ends Don't Justify the Means
And of course most raid and revolt cards work pretty well with this strategy too.
