Out of the two competiting cards for this slot, this one actually feels like it's built on themes from the set, while the alternative doesn't and is another renamed reprint.

Not sure if the land part is OP or not though.

I tend to favor untapping trigger as it seems more balanced, as you don't get an immediate effect, you have to work for it or wait for it.
