At that cost, I think it could put nonbasics onto the battlefield.
Yeah, and doesn't need the 3 life cost either. 8-mana mythic saboteur triggers can be ridiculous - see Liege of the Tangle.
In addition to the above, it occurred to me that once you hit 8 mana you probably don't need the ramp... This may be a bit too far in the other direction though.
