I decided that since I already created this card the other day, as a lesser Fluctuator, the idea of substituting life for cycling costs can probably best be scrapped. This is much simpler and to the point.

Interesting card, should not be too oppressive in multiples since we got some artifact hate.

I figured if we are going to do something like this, it's better as a less powerful version like this than simply Reprinting Fluctuator. Taking 2 off the cycling costs would just be too powerful.
