Nice idea on this one.

Edited 1st side to include creature as the card type.

1st: Would you usually want to turn your creature into an Aura that begs to be 2-for-1'ed?

2nd: Needs text to attach it to something after transforming or it will immediately die.

For your first point, I think the card would be improved by changing the transform condition to when the creature dies. Then, like a number of other cards we have, it would make sense as sort of continuation of the essence of the creature.

You're right, we've left out the proper text to attach on these DFC auras.

Added "attached to target creature" as part of transformation.

TRicher, how do you feel about changing this and its black companion to transform when the creature dies? That makes more sense to me considering Secret's point, and it's in line with some of the other cards we have that transform from creatures into enchantments.

I think them transforming when they die is fine. Could do something else but I feel that we'd want to make them different to the blue DFC enchantment that does something similar to this.

On another note does anyone know why the aura DFC have to come in attached to a something? My understanding of auras is that if you dont cast them from the hand with a target then you choose the target when it comes into play. I know this is the way its worded on Accursed Witch but im just curious as to why this is.

The difference here is that the card never leaves the battlefield and hence you don't get to attach it upon ETB since it does not actually re-enter the battlefield.

Also there needs to be some clarification e. g. when designers want to guide an Aura to the correct place. Accursed Witch says "enchant player" to be consistent with older Curses, but the intent is not to enchant yourself, so the wording used is more precise and functional reminder text as well.

tl; dr: Good design is sometimes about being more elaborate rather than being more succinct.

Obvious contender for DFC slot. Added to skeleton.

Updated transformation text

Simple suggestion for the name of this card: "Ascendant Healer" would be much preferable to simply "Healer". Naming a card "healer" seems really plain and uncreative, like naming a card "warrior" or "rogue".

Yeah I named it when I came up with a name for Kingmaker, since they're both part of a mini-cycle. Wanted it to be simple like its counterpart but couldn't think of a better name, so I just gave it a placeholder name so people got the idea behind it. I also wouldn't keep this as Healer.
