Changed from Arrest to Suppression Bonds

I do think Suppression Bonds works better here as it can deal with enchantments as well.

All our common Auras except for green are negative/removal stuff. I usually want one positive common Aura per color in the first draft.

At least white and black could probably do something cool with it since they also are supposed to like enchantments a little.

One could move the global enchantment DFCs to uncommon.

I'd rather keep this as it interacts with the slightly higher number of enchantments we have in the set, and replace the black aura with something thats positive, as im looking to cut that anyway.
