One little intuitive concern on this card: since when does white get scrying instead of blue?

Blue does get scrying, in fact that's where it's found primarily. But after scry became evergreen it appears secondary in all colors.

Well, I agree, but do all Commons have to be exiting? Still, this card is worse than Augury Owl and Omenspeaker, maybe make it Scry 2?

I think keeping it to scry 1 differentiates this card a little from what blue would get. If playtests show that aggressive strategies are too good we could make this 1/2 or 0/3, but this card is aesthetically pleasing, so I'd wait to pull the trigger on that change.

You mean aesthetically pleasing cause of the 1 symmetry? Not sure that's enough to make this a card though.
