Going for a Spikey rare artifact (that plays well with recharge). Playtest name: Hot Potato.

This should at least say "other perminent" so that your opponent can't sacrifice it as soon as they get it. It still seems bad that you can't give your opponent 2 of them but maybe that makes it more interesting. Precedence Jinxed Idol

If we want to be able to give your opponent multiple it could specifically say "creature or canister" or it could say something like "permanent that you both own and control" (assuming there is no ability to give your opponent tokens in this set) I am wondering if it should be 2 damage just to feel more significant. I hope this doesn't get passed once and then just sit there because it isn't worth passing back to the deck that likes sacrificing things.
