Just an idea for a black rare, i'm not that good at designing cards.

Might be interesting if it were bigger

seems like a good version, as i stated, i dont have much experience with this

This current version I don't think works but I could see it work with state and mana tweaks.

I don't like that at first glance it looks like Reality Smasher where it punishes you when you remove it, but if you successfully remove it you don't have to worry about its own effect.

Also that law is going to be long when properly written out.
