The only problem with this card is that other than situations where the opponent has exactly one card in hand, this usually is just either set of two I would think.

It's probably draw two except when they have 1 or 2 cards in hand. I still dig it. It's aesthetically pleasing and strong.

(Oh, and you'd also use it when they have no cards in hand, but want to ding them for 2 life; Better than Sign in Blood for that.)
