Interesting. I'd more normally expect this to be in black - like Agonizing Demise.

black doesnt discriminate against big creatures. with 1 exception.

this is boros territory, or orzhov.

thats not discrimination. those can still hit small creatures. in fact cheaper against smaller creatures.

white has removal specifically targets big creatures (power >=4 usually). e.g. Smite the Monstrous
