It's definitely a bleed. One we haven't seen since Glissa. I could see this as an RG 2/2.

Oh yeah, red/green. My first thought was "Man, this card is going to make me feel bad if I draw a Giant Growth..."

I was going to suggest Green/White instead. For what it's worth, it would make for an interesting card at {1}{w/r}{g}... though I doubt that's an option here...
