A Simic experiment, Roglef is the result of scientists questioning whether a member of the Rakdos guild held any actual potential. To their surprise, he did, though he still retains some of his old tendencies.

True, but that doesn't count planeswalkers or other permanents that might be attacked. I try to default to wording similar to Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs for that reason.
