Interesting. Can red get conditional card advantage like this at uncommon?
I like the idea of red having this capability. The name is weird, though.
It should cost more I think.

I'd say 4R, or 3R as a sorcery
Also, it seems weird that this is obviously designed for the UR archetype, as U can just do better itself.
How about a 2R or 1RR Tormenting Voice that drew an extra card wih raid?
Blue can do better, but this isn't blue. We've seen blue "draw two" and red "Tormening Voice" in the same set. I think it's fine as it is.
I'd also be happy with a Raid version, but we do have Take Down.
Was color-shifting Thirst for Knowledge, which was popular back in original Mirrodin. The name is bad, though.

The first was a name of a cipher Outpost Siege Khan's trigger card.
I like this a lot, but it steps on Catharsis' toes and it's the same space as the Fireman, which have both been playing very well. I'm gonna cut it for now but it's gonna get listed as a contender
