I like this. Any ideas for possible laws? Maybe just use one of the common ones?

Black can usually only return creatures unless you think the random is enough of a reason to include all cards.

Black can return a creature card at random. Just because the random card might be a creature isn't enough: you have to explicitly restrict it.
