Seems a bit weak, also needs a new name. Does "wielder of electricity" sound too impressive for a 1/1?

We have all kinds of dampeners and suppresors at our disposal. Explicitly, "Wielder of Electricity" falls squarely into red name space.

Card is fine, but probably not as good as you would think in an explicitly steam punk set. I do like it though.

It's probably a little over costed on the body.
