Another like Peculiar Illusion and Peculiar Sacrifice

I tried to think of another white symmetric effect that wasn't about creature destuction to distance this from the peculiar sacrifice but it seemed like the most elegant implementation of the idea.

Oops, I see this name AND this ability were separately enacted in the peculiar family already. I swear I looked, but I missed both :)
