Artifact version of shared discovery that works with canisters. Modified numbers a little bit as well.

I'm not a big fan of making this colorless, instant speed, and repeatable. I think instant speed is the most important to change because it doesn't cost much to tap all of your creatures at the end of your opponent's turn.

I think it feels too weird to have an activated ability with no effect. What if the ability also cost {1} and let you Scry 1 or something?
