This isn't perfect — the first effect is usually white or black, but green can technically get any card back from the graveyard.

In all seriousness, this makes me think of Collected Company. That's a powerful card, but I don't think this is inherently better.

CoCo gets you multiple creatures and reaches into your library. There's no way this is on that level.

If you're worried about the colour pie, you could try the first ability as "return any card"; it would still combine the same way with the entwine ability.

Oh. Hmm, that gives me an idea for a very similar card... See Peculiar Restoration.

Or, come to think of it, you could make the card more expensive and remove the mana cost restriction. Black (and white) get any-CMC reanimation and G gets (judiciously) any-CMC hand-to-battlefield.
