Yes, you would get two candles.
Seems to me if you play two of them, the second one's instruction would force you to turn out the first one, which by its effect would cause you to lose the game. (Assuming the effect means anything on an enchantment--that's certainly not a static ability, so the timing on the one-shot action of lighting isn't clear.)
