Interesting card. Lovechild of transmute and cascade? Only concerns are

1) it might lead to slower gameplay (finding a card with same cmc is much harder than finding lower cmc, so players would be revealing a lot), and 2) It seems a bit scary in constructed - someone might break this in the same way as cascade.
