This is a pretty good card, and seeing how often Wizards tries to hose flyers, I'm kind of surprised that they never thought to combine anti-flying with Primal Order.

That said... I'm pretty sure that losing life for anything... even something green doesn't like... isn't really in the color pie for Green. It's a mashup problem that I came across a bunch. The truth is that if this was a real card, there would just be a different penalty. You would probably end up gaining life instead.

Since red is also an enemy of the color with the most flying creatures, I'd suggest making this cost , and changing the life loss to damage. As it is, I'm pretty sure you can cut the cost to anyway, since the enchantment is kind of specialized, doesn't effect the board, and is a bad answer for a flight of Snapping Drakes turned-sideways
