Probably way too cheap, if I'm being honest.
Lands don't have summoning sickness. So, in theory, I could block with my Reworked Creation, have it regenerate and transform, Exile 4 creatures and add counters all in my opponent's combat step, ready to attack with... let's say a 6/6 creature on my turn. It gets even better if the card is in my hand, I have 9 mana up, a discard outlet, and 4 creatures in my graveyard. The opponent is marching his creature into a heck of a trap.
I'm not saying that's a bad thing or anything. I just thought it was worth mentioning because it may not be immediately obvious.
Yup. That's why I figured it was probably under-costed. I think I'll go change that.
Funnily enough, this was originally supposed to be an SoI version of Grim-Grin, before I decided that the flavor (A Stitcher keeps on obsessively rebuilding his creation each time it dies, insisting that this time will be different) didn't quite fit Geralf's style.
Actually, I have a pretty decent idea on how to balance it out, with that in mind.
Edit: Also, keep in mind that regenerating taps the creature and transforming it back is a tap ability, so you can't change it back right away.
