super-sweet card, but i'm not sure if spells have power/toughness. does anyone know?

I love it. I have no idea if wizards would print it, but it's such a lovely flavour for a green counterspell.

Yeah, creature cards have P/T in all zones. See Essence Backlash and Spellbreaker Behemoth.

It might be more easily understood to say CMC both times instead of P/T, but P/T do make it a lot more like fighting.

Yeah, I don't think it would work as a green card flavor-wise if it was CMC.
