This is a wordy keyword that requires a lot of shuffling. Explore might be better as just the Explorer's Scope ability.

Too late, it was already in the previous set in the block (http://www.magicmultiverse.net/cardsets/1040) and I don't really want to go back through and rebalance all of those.
