I know green gets Defend the Hearth, but I'm pretty sure that ability is white.

I won't say anything, though, if you don't. This is a swell (if not super-swingy) card (which I think wouldn't be printed at any cost less than 8cmc. I mean, let's face it. It's more powerful than Platinum Angel.)

No, Platinum Angel doesn't cause you to lose the game.

Fair. I still think any card that requires a global wipe (or maybe a well timed Diabolic Edict) for the game to continue requires at least 8 mana, though.
