That said, I do seem to like this better.

Thoughts on making this an instant at cost?

I do not think that this should be an instant. That'd be far too defensive for red.

We want to be careful with the number of artificer cards we have at common... there were only six total token cards at common in BFZ, and that's just one kind of token, Scions.

We can probably push a little more than that, but not too much. I worry about board complexity and a lack of tokens for players.
