This seems like a color pie break to me.
Black gets Fleshwrither and such, blue gets "exile and replace with something else from the owner's library." It's about as much pie break as you get from any other hybrid card, really.
But black doesn't get Revoke Existence, and neither does blue.
...Whoops. I meant to change that to "creature" when I switched it to being a hybrid card instead of a gold one. Thank you for pointing that out, I'll go fix it.
