Trying out a new law. No longer drains.

This law seems too easy to break. If you leave your opponent at 20 you can probably force your opponent to be breaking the law every turn for most of the game after you play this. Could it be something like "It is against the law for an opponent to cast a spell if he or she has more life than you."

If you leave your opponent at a higher life total for most of the game, you're giving them a lot of time to kill you, no?

Secret Service now Inside Man. Testing new Law and new flavor.

I would still prefer if this was an action instead of a state so that the opponent could stop breaking it every turn without needing to find a way to change the board state in a way that they may not be able to (such as getting their own creatures killed).

changing to (((Slum Keeper)))

Laws are better with a variety in your deck, I don't think we should have two of the same law in a single colour and rarity.
